Your video.
Your choice.

HY Coach provides AI-assisted training technique feedback. This notice explains how we handle your submission and how to request deletion.

What we collect and where it goes

We collect the training video you choose to upload, its file information, your name, WhatsApp number, and a record of your consent. The original video and submission details are stored privately in Google Drive. Our website is hosted on Vercel; hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate the service.

HY Coach receives a private email notification with your contact details and a link to your submission. We use your WhatsApp number to deliver and follow up on your feedback.

Review and AI processing

You agree to video storage and review before uploading. HY Coach reviews each submission before approving AI processing. If approved, your video or extracted frames and movement data may be processed with AI tools to prepare technique feedback, alongside personal review. Relevant material may be sent to the AI service used for that review and handled under that provider’s policies.

We use submissions to provide your requested feedback. Public use of your video, including a website case study, requires separate permission. Only upload footage you have permission to share.

How long we keep it

During this pilot, deletion is handled manually. Videos, submission details and resulting feedback remain stored until manually deleted; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. This includes uploaded videos where the contact form was not completed. You can request deletion at any time.

Request deletion or ask a question

Email guille@hycoach.xyz, or reply in your feedback conversation on WhatsApp. Include your name and approximate upload date so we can find the submission. We may ask you to confirm that it is yours.

We will remove the video, associated submission details, and analysis copies under our control, including relevant notification emails, and confirm when the request is handled. Copies in your own messages or third-party backups may remain subject to those services’ retention policies.
